Pre-Owned Vehicle Sales Specialist

We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Used Car Sales Consultant to join their team and continue their tradition of excellence.

Schedule: Monday–Thursday 8am-5pm, Friday 8am-4pm (April-October)
Monday–Thursday 8am-5pm, Friday 8am-4pm, Saturdays from 9am-2pm (November-March)
Compensation: Great base pay + commission + bonuses
Earning Potential:
- Year 1: $50K–$70K (based on performance)
- Long-term: $70K–$108K+

Requirements:
- Proven sales experience (auto sales preferred, but open to strong performers in other industries)
- Excellent people skills – able to connect with customers from all backgrounds
- Some automotive or mechanical knowledge is helpful, but not required
- Customer service oriented, dependable, and optimistic
- Looking for long-term stability (5–10 years+)
- Finance knowledge or experience helping customers with financing is a plus
