Direct Hire Skilled Labor Foundry Roles
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 6:30 PM–5:00 AM
Pay: $24/hour
Benefits: Medical plan through BCBS of Illinois. Startup is still working to secure additional benefits as headcount grows. Targeting the additions of dental, vision, life and AD, & 401(k)
Skilled Labor Roles:
- Grinders
- Forklift Operators
- Crane Operators
- Benders
- Trim Deck Workers
- Stockroom Attendants
Requirements:
- 4–5 years of experience in manufacturing or foundry work
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks for extended periods
- Strong commitment to safety and quality
