Pre-Press Specialist
A fast-paced, high-volume local printing company is looking for a sharp, detail-driven Pre-Press Specialist to join their production team. If you thrive in a creative, deadline-oriented environment and know your way around InDesign, we want to talk to you.
Hours: 7am-4pm Monday-Friday
Pay: $20.00-$22.00 DOE
What You’ll Do:
- Prepare customer files for print with accuracy and efficiency
- Preflight, correct, and troubleshoot artwork across multiple formats
- Set up impositions, adjust layouts, and ensure files meet production specs
- Collaborate with customer service and production teams to keep jobs moving
- Maintain quality standards while juggling a steady flow of projects
What You Bring:
- Strong Adobe InDesign experience (required)
- Working knowledge of Illustrator and PDF workflows
- Understanding of print processes, color, bleeds, and file prep
- Ability to spot issues quickly and solve them before they hit the press
- A calm, organized approach in a busy environment
