Receptionist Needed!

Pay: $18.00–$25.00 per hour (DOE)
Schedule: Monday–Friday 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM

What You’ll Do:
You’ll be the welcoming voice and organizational backbone of the office, supporting leadership and keeping financial processes on track.
Professionally answer and screen calls for the President, Vice President, and Office Manager
Page staff and take detailed messages as needed
Assist with Accounts Payable:
Receive parts via packing lists
Match packing slips with invoices
Enter invoices into the system
Process weekly vendor payments
Support Customer Service with quotes and order entry (phone & email)
Maintain organized filing systems (AP & AR)
Keep communication and workflow flowing smoothly across departments
What You Bring:
QuickBooks experience required
Working knowledge of Excel, Word, and Outlook
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Professional communication skills (phone & email)
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a busy office setting
