Front Desk Intake Eligibility Specialist
Our client is looking for a Front Desk Intake Eligibility Specialist to join their team on the first shift. The ideal candidate will have an outgoing personality and passion for working with limited and low-income households. Excellent customer service, math and computer skills are needed. This is a very rewarding position allowing for interaction with clients in person and over the phone. Previous experience working in a non-profit setting is a plus. This is a Furst-to-Hire opportunity.
Hours: 8:30am to 5pm on MWF; 8:30am to 6pm on T/Th
Pay: $19.00/hour

Front Desk Intake Eligibility Specialist Responsibilities:
- Processing applications to establish eligibility for energy assistance
- Collaborating with agencies within the community
- Attending community events as needed
- Greeting clients in person
- Answering incoming calls
Front Desk Intake Eligibility Specialist Requirements:
- Computer and math proficiency
- Outgoing personality
- Ability to work independently
- Experience working in a non-profit organization a plus
