Customer Service – 2nd Shift – Part Time
Work afternoon/evening hours as a Customer Service representative in a busy transportation company. This position requires attention to detail and provides the opportunity to learn new things. We are looking for someone who is reliable and willing to stay long-term. The hours for this Customer Service position are perfect for the person who does not like to get up early!!
Hours: 3pm to 7 or 8pm, depending on workflow
Pay: $18/hour
Customer Service Responsibilities:
- Monitor client emails for pick-up alerts
- Generate freight bills from bills of lading
- Data entry, including documenting proof-of-delivery information
- Schedule pick-ups and deliveries
- Answer customer inquiries
- Handle other customer service responsibilities as needed
Customer Service Qualifications:
- Excellent customer service kills
- Accurate data entry ability
- Strong communication skills
- High School diploma or equivalent
