Customer Service
Use your Customer Service skills and work in the busy office of an established transportation company. This full-time Customer Service opportunity will allow you to work with and assist clients primarily via email, but also by phone. The Customer Service position involves a variety of time-sensitive duties requiring attention to detail. The Customer Service position is a Furst-to-Hire opportunity.
Hours: 5:30am to 2pm, end time could vary depending on workflow
Pay: $18.00/hour
Customer Service Responsibilities:
- Monitor client emails for pick-up alerts
- Generate freight bills from bills of lading
- Data entry, including documenting proof-of-delivery
- Schedule pick-ups and deliveries
- Answer customer inquiries
- Handle other customer service responsibilities as needed
Customer Service Qualifications:
- Excellent customer service skills
- Accurate data entry ability
- Strong communication skills
- High School diploma or equivalent
