Scheduler CSR – Medical Office – 3 Positions! We are hiring three Scheduler CSRs to work in a busy community health clinic. This is a busy office with a focus on patient quality care. If you are bi-lingual with Spanish, that is a plus! The Scheduler CSRs are responsible for answering and routing all incoming calls, and all tasks related to scheduling, updating patient information, and taking messages. Hours: 8:30am to 5pm Mon-Fri, with rotating evenings from 11:30am to 8pm, and every other Saturday from 8am to 12pmPay: $14.62 + .50 for bi-lingual ability. Pay also goes up based on previous experience and longevity at previous employers. Scheduler CSR Responsibilities:
Ability to answer high volume incoming calls in a fast-paced environment
Ability to determine reason for the call and make appropriate connection
Document phone encounters in the electronic medical record system concisely and accurately
Coordinate with staff to ensure patient triage healthcare needs are met
Schedule patient appointments accurately using clinic standards and guidelines
Verify and update patient demographics
Collect and track data for routine reporting
Scheduler CSR Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent; Associate degree preferred
Professional and courteous demeanor
Familiarity with medical terminology a plus
Demonstrate good grammar in speaking and writing
Must be able to communicate accurately and make quick judgement decisions for clinic services
Strong customer service skills
Punctual and dependable
