Job Description

Assistant to Wealth Management and Financial Planning DirectorResponsibilities:1. Client Relationship Management:
  • Onboard new clients, ensuring CRM profiles are initiated and updated.
  • Record client communications and new information in the CRM.
  • Conduct face-to-face, telephone, and virtual client meetings.
  • Assist with webinars, special events, and seminars.
2. Data Organization and Preparation:
  • Gather private and confidential financial data from various sources.
  • Organize and prepare for plan updates, evaluations, reviews, meetings, and presentations.
  • Collect and integrate information from investment accounts, assets, insurance, and new business proposals.
3. Financial Planning Input, Analysis, and Output:
  • Collect and input financial data.
  • Construct multiple planning scenarios.
  • Create reports and analyze data to generate financial plans.
  • Assess and compare plan output to client goals and objectives.
  • Regularly update financial plans for client meetings.
4. Follow-Up and Client Services:
  • Conduct follow-ups for client meetings, advisory reviews, and planning meetings.
  • Monitor, schedule, and complete client services.
  • Follow through on tasks, paperwork, and service initiation for insurance, annuities, and investment accounts.
5. Compliance and Documentation:
  • Maintain compliance documentation and procedural processes.
  • Track compliance-related tasks such as Financial Planning Agreements and Payment of Fees.
  • Manage processes related to RMD tracking, systematic withdrawals, and 401(k) services.
6. Technology and Software Utilization:
  • Use and implement various financial industry tools, including Morningstar, S&P, Salesforce, Paperclip, eMoney, Asset Map, Excel, Teams, and Outlook.
Qualifications:1. Background and Experience:
  • College education with financial industry, accounting, or legal experience.
  • Ideal candidate holds life and health licenses, with series SIE, 63, and 66 registrations (or committed to obtaining them).
  • Detail-oriented professional with the ability to learn sophisticated planning software and financial tools.
2. Skills and Attributes:
  • Excellent verbal and communication skills.
  • Strong analytic and problem-solving skills.
  • Capable of understanding financial planning and wealth management concepts.
  • Demonstrated commitment to professional education and development.
3. Personal Attributes:
