Our client is seeking an Inside Sales Specialist to join their team and support customers through understanding and interpreting product applications, generating quote information, providing product solutions, and managing internal scheduling conflicts.
As an Inside Sales Specialist, you'll play a critical role in supporting the sales function of all products by addressing customer needs and providing exceptional support to the outside sales representatives. You'll leverage your technical expertise to provide solutions to customer challenges, build strong customer relationships through regular follow-up, and actively seek out product opportunities to generate future business.
In this role, you'll have full accountability for the entire sales process, including quotes, invoices, credit memos, RGA's, order entry, and more. You'll utilize your experience with Excel and MRP systems to effectively manage internal processes and assist customers with order forecasting to ensure timely delivery of all orders.

Job Description

To be successful in the Inside Sales Specialist role:
You should have 3-5 years of sales experience, with a technical sales background preferred.
A degree in engineering or related technical field is a plus.
You should have strong math and computer skills, the ability to read and understand blueprints, and a quality-focused mindset.
