Job Description

Front Office Support Do you love working with children? A local charter school has an immediate need for a cheerful, professional Front Office Support person.  The Front Office Support position involves general office duties, including answering phones, data entry, and daily interaction with children, staff, and parents. This is a Furst-to-Hire position that works through the summer months as well.  Hours: 8:20am to 4:20pm, Mon-FriPay: $16 to $18/hour DOE
Front Office Support Responsibilities:
  • Answer and direct incoming calls
  • File documents
  • A variety of other clerical duties, such as typing and data entry
 Front Office Support Requirements:
  • Professional demeanor
  • Must adhere to strict confidentiality protocol
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Knowledge of MS Office (Excel and Word knowledge specifically)
  • Ability to multi-task
  • 2-3 years of recent office experience
